The Hinckley Area Chamber of Commerce is about businesses uniting together to make Hinckley a better place to live and work, and to implement ideas to help the prosperity of our businesses.

The Hinckley Chamber has close to 90 members and is growing each year. The Chamber has a monthly meeting usually held at Tobies on the second Tuesday of the month. The board meeting starts at 10:30am followed by a luncheon meeting for the entire Chamber starting at noon. The meetings last about an hour. Agendas, previous month minutes, meeting place, and other meeting information is e-mailed to Chamber members three days prior to the meeting. It is sent by request to those not having e-mail. At times speakers with topics of interest to our businesses are scheduled. There is also time given at all meetings for businesses to tell about new events or changes that are taking place at their business. The meetings are open to anyone who wishes to attend.

Why join? Being a Chamber member is a great way to network, make new business contacts, meet new people, and be a part of a united voice in community issues. It is also a great advertising tool as your name goes in the Hinckley Chamber Directory and on the website. Copies of the Directory are put into welcome bags that are given to all new businesses along with promotional items and brochures given by our member businesses. The directories are also given to people wanting information about Hinckley. Any community minded individual is welcome to join the Chamber, you do not have to own a business.
