The Hinckley Chamber of Commerce is governed by a seven member board of directors. Board members serve a two year term with the exception of the Chamber Director which is a paid, not voting position. Nominations for these positions start in November with voting in December, and terms starting in January. The offices of the President, Vice President, and Treasurer are one year terms and are voted in each year in January by the Chamber board. The Chamber Director is responsible for all day to day activities, event coordinator, and is the secretary.

Various committees are formed for the different events that the Chamber hosts. The committee members are made up of volunteer Chamber members. The Corn & Clover Carnival is the largest event, and interested Hinckley residents are encouraged to join this committee to help plan and work this large celebration.
